Inviting lobby with games, clean pool and hot tub, colorful and fun decor

Noise levels are a real issue!!! I could hear my neighbor’s conversations!!! The room cleanliness was below expectations with debris left behind!!! I struggled with the outdated amenities and the confusion at check-in!!!

Positive, The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. I loved the variety offered at breakfast, and the room was quiet and comfortable. The lobby area was really fun with games to play.

the stay was just okay, but as a guest, I expected the room to be cleaner—someone else's hair on the sheets? really? not to mention the bed frames had sharp corners, perfect for injuring my shins. woudl’ve appreciated a room upgrade for the inconvenience, but clearly that was too much to ask. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I had a great time during my stay! The King Room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a 55-inch TV and good WiFi. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, genuinely making my stay more enjoyable. Plus, I loved the cozy lobby which had games to unwind after a long day.
